Vaccination Schedule

   We, here at ShadyAcreKennels, take great pride in the health and appearance of our puppies. We want you the new puppy owner to know that we have taken every precaution known to us, to assure that your puppy is completely vaccinated against all known canine diseases and viruses. Below, you will find our schedule for inoculations as well as de-wormings. We perform this schedule on each and every puppy here. If you should lose your puppy record (which we send with each pup), you can always find the schedule here, and figure the dates from the date of birth of your new puppy. We begin 2 weeks of age and continue until the pup goes to their new home, for all practical purposes this schedule will go from 2- 16 weeks of age. This vaccination schedule was prepared by us and soundly approved by our Animal Hospital Vets.

Deworm at 2 weeks of age--Pyrantel Pamoate

Vaccinate at 3 weeks of age--Intra Trac III

Deworm at 4 weeks of age--Pyrantel Pamoate 

Vaccinate at 4 weeks of age-- Progard Puppy DPv

Deworm at 6 weeks of age--Pyrantel Pamoate

Vaccinate at 6 weeks of age--Vanguard Plus5Cv

Start weaning puppies from mommy.

Deworm at 8 weeks of age--Pyrantel Pamoate

Vaccinate at 9 weeks of age--Vanguard Plus5Cv

Deworm at 10 weeks of age--Pyrantel Pamoate

Deworm at 12 weeks of age--Pyrantel Pamoate

Vaccinate at 12 weeks of age--Vanguard Plus5Cv

Deworm at 14 weeks of age--Pyrantel Pamoate

It is our hope that we have started your pup on the road to a very happy and healthy life. We sincerely hope that you and your vet will continue to vaccinate your new family member with yearly boosters. You and/or your vet should continue to treat your new pup with a heartworm preventative, on a once a month schedule. It is also recommended that all pups be vaccinated with the rabies vaccine as early as 20 weeks, yearly thereafter. If we can be of any further assistance please feel free to email us.
